Amidjor is a limited liability company incorporated under Guinean law, administered by a Manager with a holding company (Lance Corp S.A) support. It is governed on a daily basis by an Executive Committee. Operating in agro-business since 2008, Amidjor has strategic partnerships with several international organizations with which it has a good rating. Its main shareholder is Dr Saran KEITA who owns 65% of the shares and has been operating in the sector for decades. It is 35% shares owned by the Lance Corp S.A Group, which operates in different sectors: financial, legal, training, management and HR services, construction materials, distribution, mining, Business continuity management, fraud management and Health & Safety.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY

The General Assembly of Amidjor Agro-business is made up of 2 shareholders. It is chaired by Doctor Saran KEITA.

SPECIALIZED COMMITTEES

The General Assembly is supported by permanent specialized committees, which carry, if necessary, work to enlighten its decisions and outline the company’s strategy.
