THE PROMOTION OF TRADE UNION AND THE RIGHTS OF ASSOCIATION

As a sign of our involvement in sustainable development and for human and labor rights, we are committed to promoting respect for freedom of association and to recognizing the right to collective bargaining.

THE PROHIBITION OF CHILD LABOR ON OUR SITE AND AT OUR SUBCONTRACTORS.

We prohibit child labor and work for the elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor. In doing so, it is strictly forbidden to employ children and young people under the age of 18 on all of our operations, including for our subcontractors.

THE PROMOTION OF EQUAL AND DIVERSITY

We promote diversity in the occupation of positions but also in terms of career development opportunities. We strive to recruit and retain women in leadership positions and overcome the pitfalls of distance. The result of this desire to recruit is reflected in the diversity of our employees with a feminization rate of 85%.

With more than 20 direct and indirect employees, Amidjor has implemented various training systems in order to develop a common culture of excellence, increase the expertise of its teams and anticipate future training needs in each service

Thanks to various training programs set up in partnership with national and international training organizations and the CA & Ko Consulting training center, created in 2015 in Conakry, our Group strives to cultivate its talents to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
